Transition Team - assists the resident desiring programs or resources. This Team coordinates with Transitional Programs and Rehabs providing
Applications, Interveiws, and Transportation from the insdie to minimize time of entry at release.
Mentors - have a huge impact on residents spiritual development. They meet one on one with a resident on the
Pen Pals - send letters of encouragment to those that have lost contact with family and friends.
Teachers - educate on 'Obstacles and Challenges' of Transition. Trained to teach GOAL setting using SMART
principles and developing a 24-72 Hour Plan at their release.
Faciliators - continue spiritual developlement classes through topical and Biblical studies.
to Christ-Centered Communities/Churches creating a network of Partners to refer to those re-entering
community to find a church or recovery groups. Also be a
Day Time Companion as an outside mentor.
Researchers - help to find applicable resources and programs available locally, out of town and out of
Administrators - help with Historical Data, data input, and filing.
Fundraisers and Grant Writers - work on projects in order to raise the funds needed to continue this
ministry, transportation costs, and many other needs.
Interim Housing - hosts a person in transition overnight.
